1. Is there a registration fee or deposit?

A. Yes, Roma Court Academy has an initial registration fee due upon enrollment. An annual re-enrollment fee will be billed to all current enrolled children each year, billed the first week in September.

2. What are your rates?

A. Please call the school for Full Time and Part Time rate fee schedule.

3. What are your minimum number of days for enrollment?

A. Roma Court Academy has multiple Part Time programs as well as Full Time Programs. We offer a 2 day and 3 day Part Time program as well as a 5 day Full Time program. 2 day Part Time Days are Tuesday and Thursday, and 3 Day Part Time Days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

4. Do you offer scholarships and tuition assistance?

A. We accept vouchers from the Early Learning Coalition of Flagler and Volusia. For more information on how to apply for child care assistance please visit their website at www.elcfv.org. We also have a parent computer available in our lobby if you need assistance registering for child care assistance.

5. What are your hours of operation?

A. Roma Court Academy is licensed to be open from 6:30am-6:00pm.

6.What Curriculum do you use?  

A. We have selected Funshine Online for use in our facility.  Please refer to our Curriculum tab located on the navigation bar on our website for more info.

7. Is food included in the program?

A. Breakfast, Lunch and Afternoon snack will be provided by the academy. All children one and up will eat in the cafeteria.

8. Is there a cut off time before my child will not be permitted to attend class?

A. Roma Court Academy is a learning facility, not a drop off daycare service. We are here to teach your children. Children that arrive after 9:30am will NOT be permitted to class unless they have a doctors note. We ask that all children arrive between 8:30am and 9:00am as we begin instructional hours at 9:00am.

9. Are your Teachers Background Screened?

A. All of our teachers are Level II background screened through the FBI/FDLE and are also screened through the Florida Sexual Predator List.

10. Are all staff CPR and First Aid Certified?

A. All teachers are CPR and First Aid Certified and Classes are held each year for renewal training.
